Date Crumble

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 3 pitted dates, soaked in hot water (*use more if you want the crumble sweeter)
  • 1/2 cup hot water

Instructions

  1. Blend oats in high speed blender, place in bowl, and set aside.
  2. Soak dates inside high speed blender in hot water for 3 minutes.
  3. Blend dates for 10-15 seconds until smooth.
  4. Add date mixture to oats and stir (washed hands work best) until all the oats are covered. The mixture should be kinda crumbly. If it's too moist, add a little bit more blended oats. To dry- add a little water.
  5. Lasts in fridge 1-2 weeks, but I doubt you haven't eaten it all before then πŸ™‚
