Ingredients

2 frozen ripe bananas (add more for a bigger serving size)
1 tbsp cacao powder
1/2 cup milk of choice (I like almond or cashew)

To Serve

date crumble
nut butter
1/2 tsp maca powder

Instructions

Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend on medium high for 1-2 minutes. Use a tamper to press down the banana while it's blending!

Notes

*Omit cacao powder for a vanilla flavored nice cream.
