3/4 tsp garlic powder (or omit the powder and add 1 smashed garlic clove. I like to use a mortar & pestle + salt.)
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4-1/2 tsp kosher salt (to taste)
Instructions
If using fresh garlic, mash in mortar & pestle with some salt. Mash avocado in bowl with fork or potato masher. Add water and blend to create smooth consistency.
Add chopped vegetables and spices, (raw garlic if your using it), and stir well to combine.
Serve immediately.
Notes
Lasts in fridge one to two days, but if your like me, you don't like brown avocado so it's best to prepare right before serving for a fresh taste.
