ripe bananas (I like frozen bananas)
1 1/2
cup
frozen strawberries (fresh are fine too)
1 tsp
maca powder

cup
milk (I like almond)

cup
water

tbsp flaxseed (ground)

inch ginger

handful ice (if not using frozen bananas)
1 1/2
inch turmeric root (or
1 tsp
powder)
Optional Add In's

med carrot
protein powder of choice
collagen powder
Instructions
Add everything to a high speed blender and blend for about a minute, or until smooth.
Serve right away, or make ahead for the following day. Flaxseed will thicken overnight and you'll need to add a little water to the smoothie to thin it out.
Notes
Lasts in fridge a few days.
