This frozen yogurt bark is not only tasty but it's dairy free, gluten free, and vegan. It's a seriously quick, tasty, and easy snack/treat that you gotta try!

1 1/2cups yogurt ( I used vanilla cashew yogurt)
1/2cup sliced fresh strawberries
3 squares dark chocolate, diced
2 tbsps peanut butter
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 tbsp maple syrup
1-2 tbsp coconut flakes (optional)

Instructions
Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
Add pb, coconut oil, and maple syrup to a microwave safe bowl. Microwave for 15 seconds, stir, and microwave another 15 seconds. Stir and set aside.
Spread 1.5 cups yogurt onto the parchment lined baking sheet, leaving an inch of free parchment paper (as the yogurt may run)
Drizzle the peanut butter mixture onto the yogurt and make swirls (see video).
Add strawberries, chocolate, and coconut flakes.
Toss into the freezer for 3 hours until the bark is set.
Take it out, break it into pieces and store in an airtight container for a month!
